sometimes the momentum of the car during a burnout will move it forward regardless of the parking brake...so i pull the parking brake right after the tires start to spin(initial forward momentum of car ended)...that way it keeps the car planted while i smoke the tires.

i dont know why there is a reason to smoke your tires unless you have slicks or you want to rack up some miles for some reason

if hes anything like the ricers in austin, hes one of the **** that comes to the street meets, and then races around and burns out in the parking lot while thumpin' his 2 12's in the trunk. Then the police show up and its game over

also - a front wheel drive car will never be able to spin the tires and stand still. thre is too much weight over the drive wheels, you will drag your backwheels around before they hold.
the only way to do it is dip the front wheels in water, then do it. keep your back tires dry.

I HAVE ALL THE ANWSERS, BUT I CANT HANDLE PRESSURE. AND YOU SCREAMING AT ME DOESNT HELP
ok do like you said hold the e brake.....but use bleach for a nice white smoke cloud..dry pavement will usually just drag your rear....regard less of the e brake
