Weird plastic piece in block

Weird plastic piece in block
Hey guys. I was just wondering if this was normal or not. When I was taking off the flywheel from the Y8 I noticed there was a small black plastic piece in the inner bearing of the flywheel. It looked a warped and to describe it, it looked like a black cylinder.
I looked at the helm manual and I didn't see this piece in the picture so I'm kind of confused. Do any of you know what it is?
