I got a spare d15b7 block sitting and i was going 2 build it up for some fun. I did my research and found out that i can use 88-89 d16a1 pistons wit po7 rods out of the vx motor 2 increase my rs/ratio 2 about 1.62 or so. And on top i would use a y8 head. This is going into my 92 hatch, cr would b around 11.5 but i was going 2 use a thicker head gasket 2 drop it 2 like 11.1. On top i was going 2 spray a wet 75 shot when i go 2 the track. All will be tuned wit a p28 and uberdata. Was wondering what u guys think of the setup

 

Go for it. Slap a big cam in there while you're at it.

 

did some more research, cant use the jdm zc pistons, thier 2 domed. Would make the cr like 13.5.1 or something, didn't calculate it right. But i should b able 2 use the b7 flat top pistons and have the cr of 11.1 ot so. Was wondering what cam? I know skunk 2 cam out wit a stage 1, any one here anything good on it? If not i was going 2 go zex or crower.
