alright i was driving around palm springs by the convention center in a uhaul waiting to tear down for the most recent trade show we had out there. pulled into a lot and saw a silver front bumper from a 96-98 civic. there were a couple tires sitting there too that looked like they had mild "camber wear". no VIN info on the bumper (don't know if there's supposed to be). its cracked up a bit.

i'm just posting to help out, in fear of the worst.

 

maybe some civic owner had some garbage laying around and had no real way of getting rid of it. so he threw it on the roads one night. i doubt a thief would take the time to take off some tires off a rim. both parts look like garbage - chipped bumper.. camber-worned tires.

 

i live in palm springs looks like someone just tossed that
