i'm in rhode island.. we do the plug check for inspection.. i have a 99dx with a 99 b18b.. anyone know if they'd test it as a 99 civic or a 99 integra? the 96-99 p75 ecu doesn't have that third evap wire that the 99-00 civics have.. would that cause me to fail since one of the obdII monitors isn't there? i know it won't throw a check engine light, but since they do it through the DLC they can get a lot more info out of it..
