Default Engine runs rough at Idle, Possibly the Ambient Air Temp sensor placement? HELP??

Just finished turbocharging a 2000 Civic Si, and have a few problems with the engine running rough at idle, thought it could be a vaccume leak and possibly the Ambient Air temp sensor, I know on older B16's the sensor is mounted in the plenum, but on newer ones it is in the stock intake piping, What did you guys do to correct this, Drill and tap the stock plenum and use an older Temp sensor???? or any other thoughts.
