I apologize for assuming that you were talking about the other end of the plugs.
I'm with everyone else here. You're in need of some engine work. However, I do find it odd that all four plugs are oily since your last spark plug replacement. Does the engine consume oil from oil change to oil change?

rings get my second vote, I say that the culprit are the Lower Tube seals. They should come with the valve cover gasket combo that u can get at ur local autozone, etc.

Sorry for the OT, but is your car on an episode of "Pimp My Ride"? Do you have a thread on the experience? Sounds interesting.

ihave not been online lately.
when i take of the spark plug wires out of each hole there's no oil at all on each one but when i take each spark plug off on the bottom eand only theres oil.
i changed the spark plugs and still the same .
i checked to see if the was to much oil and its fine. i even did another oil change and its fine.

I also have a '90 Accord EX. There were two spark plugs that had oil on them when I changed plugs.
You can get a valve cover and plug seal kit from O'Reily Auto Parts for about $20. That seemed to solve my problem. It's worth a try and does not cost much and is easy to do.
But like the above posts state, you could have other problems.
