I have a 2002 Civic HX with CVT. At 88500 miles it threw a P1607 DTC also. Did you ever resolve your issue? My ECU is a 37820-PMP-L64

well the P1607 is a dealer code which auto zone can check for exact meening for code, and the other code may be caused by the first, so get the first checked out to determine if one is related to the other that way you know if you only 1 prob to fix and the map is working ok and just telling you there is a prob.

i ad gotten the voltage high but it was due to my alternator...apparently it was shot and my battery was the only power source and it was completely drained....
