Fidanza Lightweight Flywheels? Need Advice.
Well I need a new flywheel. And the Stock ones are 60-75 at the local store. In a few months i planned on putting a lightweight one in there and I was looking on ebay the fidanza ones are only around 180 shipped. I don't have alot of money but i would like to buy one of these becasue if I'm going to go threw all that trouble of pulling the tranny etc. I don't want to do it 2 months down the road for the lighter one. I figure buy the light one now. So my question is are these good flywheels because 7-8 pounds is nice. And they look decent dependable wize. Anyone use these have any problems. ???
Fidanza is an excellent choice. However, rather than buying one on eBay, why not order from one of the H-T sponsors? There are a couple of sponsors offering them for roughly the same price you found on eBay.
definetely fidanza are top quality.
fidanza makes the fw's for clutchmasters, exedy, and one other that I forget.
they are aluminum so won't shatter like a cromoly if they warped for some reason, have a replaceable contact surface, are the lightest you can get, and the least expensive..
honestly theres no reason not to get a fidanza..
unless you wanted a heavier one maybe..
in which case just having your stocker lightened would be a good idea.
