Do you have any before and after dyno comparisons?

no.. if you take a look at the header.. it has really long primary... and it wont clear stock ITR rad. so only way to fit this header is to run civic rad.

Get your car tuned on a dyno, then post up the plots.

That is an insane looking header. Wonder if the smaller radiator will have an negative effects on your caR during prolonged driving or track events?

i dont know.. hopefully not..
one interesting thing i found.. when i installed 1/2 sized rad..
i empted all coolant from stock itr rad and put it back to civic rad.. funny thing is it took exact same amount of coolant that was in stock R rad IN civic rad.

and i found out that civic rad was twice as thicker than ITR rad.

so i hope it wont bother me with cooling issues.

hehe.. it's not professionally done yet.. it was little DIY thing ...

i used stock itr rad fan, hose. so there was some modification ..

i used few zip ties until i get this thing REALLY mounted.

i still have to move my rad support where it holds the rad .. the rubber thing.

yeah.. i would have to wait 3 weeks too if i got it from AN-R.COM. i think they take 3 weeks to handbuild it.

i got it off a member here.. so i got mine pretty fast...

are you getting the standard one? or compact version?.. with compact version you dont have to mess around with rad.. which is good thing..

if you get in an accident, your header is for sure going to go bye bye.

Nice header. Shiney.

My concern is about how close the right side of that radiator is to the header. It looks as if both parts are contacting each other. Wouldn't this make the cooling system work harder than it should? Or do some kind of damage over prolonged time to the metal of that radiator? I would think that the extreme expansion and contraction of that thin radiator metal would make it crack IMO.

Aloha,
Brandon

I am in consensus with you as well Brandon. Seems the header and radiator are so close to each other that they are basically rubbing on one another.

You may want to look into giving the header more room apart from rad.

Oh boy, I just noticed that too. Not sure if that radiator housing is plastic but if it is you can kiss it goodbye when those runners heat up.

yeah.. i know.. there is bad clearance between the header and the rad ..

yeah the rad is not properly mounted yet.. so when i actually weld bracket for rad in right poisition.. there will be better clearance.

That's a sweet lookin' header. Wonder how much power it makes?

<----who, after seeing those pics, wants that header and a new C&R rad.
