Well if the car *were* stolen he would be a big time fool to drive the streets without a bumper.

take a bunch of reeeeaaaaalllllyyyyy big guys with u... should be fine with that lol. does sound kinda fishy. but hell good luck with ur 150, or well shoudl i say 10 jdm front bumper.
