today on benfield Rd i had a quick run in with a white 2dr EK civic, CF hood, black wheels, nothing really else exterior wise, but after we ran he said he had an integra type-r motor and ran a 13.9? we went from about a 50 roll to 90 or so and it was close as ****, and im putting down 282 to the wheels @ 12 lbs of boost so i know that hes gotta be running better than a 13.9 or else hes got something else done to it since he ran that time. Are you on the boards, or anyone know of this guy? it was in the Millersville/Severna Park area. Should an all motor slightly modded civic w/ integra type-r motor be able to keep up like that? mods are in my sig.

 

were the wheels black GSR Blades???? if so then I can verify his 13.9, I was at Capitol when he ran it. it's Pretty quick, I remember he ran my boy w/a LS CRX w/a 50shot and it was pretty much dead even, it pulls hard. but he prolly has somethin else done since then, it was like Sept.-Oct. when he ran that time cause it was a couple weeks before the track closed. either way bad *** 2dr btw where in MD are you at???? what year si???? Yeah they were black gsr blades. that 13.9 musta been a bad run, or hes modded since then. Any idea of his trap speeds?

Its related cuz he said he was had a motor swap so i assumed if he was on the boards he would be checking this section....

 

was it the k20a swap from the teg in japan?

 

if his time was a 13.9 it was due to a bad launch and since you guys raced from a roll that rules out any launch problems. So if he a good start the times could be 12.9.-13.9

For sure he was using nitrous to keep up with you....

 

i ran a 14.6 with a shitty launch and my car is all stock with a 97 ITR swap. stock motor except for AEM CAI and 2.5 es muffler and no header no nothing.
