The fan only comes on when the dial is all the way on and it has no variable speed. Either all on or all off. Any ideas on what to check. BTW this is an 00 SI

I'd check the blower power transister first.

 

Although '00 is kind of too new, it could be the blower motor resistor. It's a common problem in the older vintage models.

 

And where would I check that at?

The blower resister was replaced on that model by the transister pack.

 

i have a blower motor from a SI if you're interested in buying. IM me for more info.

 

I'll check it out and let you know. Right now the motor works fine it's just either all the way on or all the way off. Only comes on when the dial is all the way up. But I'll PM you on the motor if it's needed. Thanks.
