Default Dammit. Broken Tools.

This is the ratchet I got when I took the busted one back to Sears in 2002.

Sears is good.

Lots of you have IMd me asking about my ratchet. Its awesome that my fellow H-Ters are concerned about my tool, and I can gladly report that its still working very well.

I'll keep you guys updated, and continue to post pics of my tool.

Did it arrive in a brown envelope? Be careful opening the envelope, you could scratch the chrome on the ratchet if you cut it with a razor.

Sean - I was faced with that same situation about a year ago. I loved the bling of the "professional line" ratchet and it's super fine ratcheting action. However, it was not meant to last.....the damn thing just crapped out on me about two weeks ago. I buried it in the back yard - I just couldn't bring myself to trade it in on a new one.

All my ratchets, and most of my other tools, are Snap-On. Its probably why I can't afford a dedicated race car. Hell, I can barely afford a street car.
