I'm not asking for a GSR, I have an AUTO LS..and this is want I intend to do..
I want to convert my 95 LSSE auto to an LS manual. What do I need? How difficult is it since I'm going from an LS to an LS

try going to a local shop and asking how they would cost to do the converting. i hear its around 1000$ or are you going to be doing this yourself and thats why your asking for what you need?

seriosly i have a 95 se integ and would be willingto trade it for your auto ( I live in CT) maybe something you want to consider

Whats wrong with your SE? How many miles? I'll trade my RS 5 speed for your SE. This is crazzy, we are talking about trading cars like they are basball cards!
