Default ls v-tec what the best way to build

ls v-tec.. what do i need to build it? or whats the best set-up for it? i have a 90 integra da
whats the best set-up

b16a head
tranning
intake manifold
cams
ecu
wires?

It ain't rocket science, but it <U>ain't easy</U> either. Basicly a b18a/b block with a vtec head, b16 being the most commonly used, or you can go with a gsr head (b18c1), or the type r head (b18c5). As for the rest, I suggest you do <U>alot</U> of research, and don't just do your research on HT, find as many sites that has info on ls/vtec as you can, and remember as its not a production you will never find exact specification on how to build an ls/vtec, only what other people with experience on the topic can give you, but opinions vary from person to person. but in my opinion ls/vtec is just a waste of time & $$.

Here let me run u through the proper steps in building ur LS/Vtec. first u go to the top of the page, to where u see the word "Search". Then u put the pointer over it and it forms a hand with a finger out, u click on it, and it takes u to a really cool page to where u find really cool information...Who knows, maybe u could find 598,765,435,687,984,843,579,801 threads on LS/Vtec?????? imagine that.
