hello..i was wondering what u guys think about the type h muffler..they got it on ebay for like 100 bucks. wondering if it is even worth getting even tho they make crapy everything else....i jus need a muffler that fits in the stock location..2,25in\out????thanks....

i bought your typical fart can muffler ith a custom exhaust on my 94 from http://www.rsversion.com the sound was amazing for how cheap it was and it could be compared to the apexi n1.i think they have change the name of there buisiness though and go by something else now,oh well @ the time i got it for $45 shipped.

 

Is that the one with dual outlets?

I bought the 2.5" system for my CRX w/only one outlet on the left. The muffler itself was GINORMOUS. It was like a huge trash can strapped under there. If your car is lowered at all, it will scrape on everything.

Didn't sound bad though, not obnoxious.

Umm, on second thought, mine was OBX. I think that's who makes the exhaust systems that ssautochrome sells......

 

Obx and ssautochrome are 2 different companies..

And this guy should have specified ..Its not the just some fartcan muffler..Its the axle back exhaust..Its well worth $100..Made out of stainless with wool insulation...But they kill you with shipping

They also sell just the fartcan muffler ..Its like $15-$30 depending which one..

And they sell the entire catback for under $200...But once again the shipping kills you
