simple to install.
need o2 sensor socket (can rent from autozone or buy for like $15)
o2 sensor (of course)
ratchet
spray generous amount of wd-40 or pb blaster on stock one before trying to remove and let sit for 10-20 minutes.
unplug harness and then remove.
NOTE: lower o2 (on cat) may require taking exhaust off hangers
install new one, plug harness in and good to go
