Default Are all Valve jobs the same?

I'm in the process of having a local machine shop install new valvesprings, retainers, and getting my gsr head milled.

My question is, since I live in a small town and the machine shop deals mostly with domestics, would it still be ok to have them do a valve job on it or no? Would there be any gains by letting them do the valve job? Or is it better to send it to a shop that deals and has more experience with import engines? I just don't want to spend money on the valve job if its just gonna make it flow worst.

btw, they quoted 160.00 for everything, installing the valvesprings and retainers, milling the head, and valve job.

Also, this is what my setup is going to be, can you guys help estimate some hp numbers? I'm hoping for at least 160 hp to the wheels

gsr swap in a eg hatch
blox im
p28 tuning by uberdata
buddy club 3+ cams
omni valvetrain
jdm itr pistons 0.40 mm bored over
I/H/E

the milling is going to take off 0.005 so compression is gonna be around 11.6-1

There is a difference between a regular valve job and getting a performance 3 angle one. You've been quoted for a regular one, most likely.
