hey i have a 00 honda accord coupe ex and i want to jrop a manual tranny into it. i heard that an acura tl would fit alright. i was just wondering what would work for my car, how much work it would be and anything i should look out for. thnx

 

umm i assume a TL never came in 5 speed until the type s came out. Correct me if i'm worng.

 

Are we talking 4cyl or V6 tranny swap?

 

v6 tranny swap. basically tell me if its worth it or not. i don't mind the work

 

If you have the money and the time, def. do it. Well worth it.

 

Actually the TL 5 speed won't work from what i've been told. The hook up for the tranny is diff. between the 3.2 and 3.0. I heard from a tech at Sequioa or whatever they are called now that the Legend 5speed would work. It would just cost some paper to get done.
