Default idle jumping.. can't adjust.. tried everything.. please help!

i start my car ('94 jdm b18c) & my idle surges from 1500-2500 back and forth.. while that is happening my oil pressure jumps from 40-70psi with the rpms. i checked for vaccum leaks and just attempted to clean out my throttle body, but nothing has changed. once the motor warms up it will idle at 1100-1300 & i can't adjust it any lower via throttle body screw. i recenly changed the thermostat & flushed the cooling system over 3 months ago & haven't had any problems until recently.

yes i've searched & searched, but nothing seems to help. this is driving me insane..

i just cleaned out the IACV but no change...and what the hell is that noise inside the motor! sounds like something is sqeaking or grinding slighty!!

i would try to spay for gum cutter or brake clean, (when its idling) along the intake manifold where it meets the head and around IAC, to see if there is a vaccum leak around these area's... your rpm will jump up if there is a leak......try this and let me know

try and bleed the cooling system to see if it helps, if that doesn't clean the iacv, or check and see if the fitv needs to be adjusted

I didn't know you could take apart FITV? And tighten things in there.

alright got everything back together.. runs a lot better.. no more bogging or idle jumping.. but my idle is still a little high.. around 950-1000 at normal operating temp. the idle screw on the tb is adjusted to the max but i see a allen key on the IACV.. maybe i can try to adjust that. then ill reset the ecu and see what happens.....
