Default Exhaust on the right?

Ive seen a couple pictures of CRXs and civics with the exhaust on the right not the left. they looked pretty stock too (IE no body kit). I was wondering if there is a kit for this? Ive been looking at putting somthing straight on, but cant find anything.

custom only, a body shop can modify the bumper to look stock though, just have to move the cut out and then repair both sides.

someone (some previous owner) did this to my CRX. They didnt do the brackets right and the exhaust hits the suspension going over bumps and stuff. I wish they hadn't done it. They just cut out the plastic area on the bumped to "resemble" the other side of the car.

Just be careful of any clearance issues, like they have already touched on. Also, be sure that the exhaust pipe is not in contact with any plastics on the rear or anything. I have seen rear bumpers that were melted because of this.

5Zigen also, no issues with rubbing, I've had it on the right for 3 years without cutting the bumper to shape. Looks fine to me and not worth the money to get bodywork done IMO.

That's defeintly different, I don't know if I'd fork out the money to get that done though. It's not like it improves the performance of the car by switching from one side to the other. Eh, it's whatever though. People like wierd things these days.

I remember seeing a light blue hatch with a buddy club exhaust that comes out the right side... but he didnt have a hole cut out on the right side... he just had it go under the bumper.
I'm sure ya'll seen his car too. It's pretty slammmmmed.
But the exhaust under the bumper looks kinda odd IMO...

Don't do it...It doesn't take too much to take it out the other side plus IMO it looks gay.

The kid that had my 3rd crx before me did it and went completely ape **** on the bumper ::thumbsdown::

IF you do, do it...just make a pattern from the otherside and measure twice, cut once so that it looks right.

good luck
