3-digit CEL WTF?

99' LS in an EG hatch.

obdI PR4 ECU, I am getting a 2 - 2 - 1 on my CEL. Car runs fine, drives fine. Anyone have pointers?

How long are these blinks ? 2 long, then 2 more long and 1 short. If so its code 41 which is

code 41
92-98 Civic
97-98 CRV
90-98 Prelude
94+ Integra

could also be 20 and 21...
is it 2 long then a delay then 2 long and one short?
