i have a 93 accord ex and lately i hear this sound when i turn - no its not a axle it seems like power steering or something down there. its has a high pitch to it and only when the car is moving - and no its not the belt i know the sound of belt. Any clue ??

 

check the power stearing fluid,that might cause your problems
replace the belt just to be sure, you never know, it cost like 5 bucks i think.......
