idle problems

ive just done an h22a conversion in my 5th gen accord..the car drives fine until it gets warm then it revs hight then drops and it keeps doing that until the cars is cooler..does ne1 know how i can fix this problem

i had that problem....everyone told me to replace the pcv valve..worked for me
