speeds 1 and 2 on heater not working
Just like title says the #1 and 2 fan speeds on my heater do not work. The heater fan only kicks on when I set it to #3 or 4. What is this? I checked my haynes book but lately I've been finding that to not be as useful as I'd wished. Anyone have this happen to them before?
so the resistor can be removed without removing the blower motor itself? That would be workable. How much was the new resistor?

Danny did you really forget or are you to lazy to look it up ?
Here is a pic to understand more, why certain speeds work and why some don't.

if you remove your glove box you can see the resistor... like they said above, 2 screws holding it on with a pulg in it... it sits right ontop the blower motor... i had the same problem, i think new at the dealership was about 40 bucks
