there are a handful of small coolant lines on the rear of the engine. they are only like 1/2" wide or so.

I want to ask this question, could there be any other places besides lines that coolant can come out of? I checked resivor, radiator, and intake manifold. I saw coolant down on the plastic cover by the crank pulley. Hopefully a line.

I had the same problem did your car start to overheat alittle bit over where it normally is at on the gauge and it was my water pump that was bad.

agreed. with water pump is wearing out and coolant is coming out of the weep hole.

I had the same exact thing happen on my EX. Coolant leaked onto my oil pan and one day it ran hot. Coolant was low. A new water pump fixed it! Its a huge pain to replace. I did a new timing belt at the same time.
