Default Portable Media Players?

Have anyone of you bought the new portable media players that are out right now? I'm talking about the iRiver PMP 120 to 140 models, Creative ZEN, and etc. Which one would you recommend for the best purchase? I'm probably going to use it for video and music so I'd like to mount it in my car someway. Is there a way I can build a custom din pocket holder for this unit? Since it will be in my car most of the time I'd like to have easy access to it, this basically eliminates ALL CD's and DVD's. What do you guys think? Car Acura Integra LS

The video output is practically useless while driving since the screen is so small. Of course you could probably use it as a decent mp3 player, but again, the screen would be difficult to read.

Why not get an ipod with a changer emulator to control it through the deck?
