I'm drinving an eg with d16z (sohc love!... for the moment) but can't be satisfied with the ets. I'm looking to blow by the 5.0s so here's what i've planned. I recently bought a b18b block and b16 head for my first (real) build.
The block is in the shop for a blueprint and balance. I've heard about the oil shortage that is complement with the ls/vtec swap so i bought a type R oil gear which i've heard will correct the problem. here's a question: oil squirters? i know that application but not where to find 'em (any help will be appreciated). I've eagle rods and 9.0:1 cr pistons for a later F.I. application.
The head is beautiful ... fearra valves, spring and titanium retainers, p'np. Type R IM, I/H/E. Excedy stage 2 clutch, etc...
MMMmm.. oh yeah, ecu... should i reprogram my p28 or by a p30/74?? Also, who does the reprogramming?? right right right... any help will do, and any tuners in the four states (MO,OK,AR,KS) hit me up.
