EK master cylinder

just wondering what the size difference was between a 6th gen DX master cylinder and the 99-00 SI master cylinder... I'm doing integra rear discs and heard that the integra ones won't bolt up that well, and that I should go with an SI one... please excuse me if this topic has been brought up a million times... I don't have time to search for it... thanks
