Actually B20A7 (in europe) made hefty 150bhp in 87-91 Prelude 2.0i 4WS.
It is good engine, and one of 2.0l honda engines in that era.

Since you have given us no information besides asking the "BEST" 2.0 Liter engine, and not told us what car it is going into, I would say from the factory an Accord SiR-T F20B Engine which was 200 hp or the Accord F20B from the regular Accord SiR which was 180 hp... Or of course you can go with a CRVtec which is technically a 2 liter but of course not a factory produced engine.

There was a similar JDM B20 that produced 160HP. This motor can be used in 1986-1989 Accords for a VERY significant improvement in power compared to the old A20 motors (which produced from 100-120HP, depending on year or induction).

if youe in the bay i might be able to sell you a 03 acura tl motor,my fiend works for a towing company and sed he would try and get it for me.the problem is the lady was up in the mountans and her oil pan hit a rock and she drove home a few miles later, the car did not over heat.i am sure uts sized, the lady went out in the morning to try and start it and it wouldnt turn over.its yours for $800 if i can get my hands on it.if your building a race car you might as well do a rebuild anyways.
