Question! Regarding nasty ass interior roof!
What i would like to know is if i can use this on the upper headboard (roof) I purchased my car used and theres black stains from who knows what up there and i want to paint that if possible. But what i worry about is if i apply something such as paint or any type of liquid to it will it sag down like them old *** cars do. Someone please let me know a solution to a dirty roof! Thanks! Also is there a How to on how to remove the roof panel?
I buddy of mine pulled his headliner off, removed the fabric, and recovered it in a dark gray/white flakes carpet used for speaker boxes. Looked pretty good, it was a 91 SE-R beater car though. I can't say I would try and paint it though, that doesn't sound like a good idea.
If you don't want to remove it, try some Woolite on the stains, that might help a bit.

I have an EM1 and used it on it too.

I used a 50% dilute bleach in my 99EX when I didn't put the door back on properly, and water came in when the seal messed up. It didn't cause any discoloration (as expected) with this kind of fabric. Do it at your own risk though.
You can use them Armoral wet naps to wipe SOME of the stuff off. I used it with my headliner and all the wet naps turned black. Alot of dust gets caught up in the material. You can try that or use some simple green to break down the soiled stains on the carpet, then use a terry cloth to wipe, and ring soiled water in a bucket of water.
