Ive got like no money...im trying to get the new Volks CE28N's but again....no $$$....i was just wondering if anyone has sold there stock 04+ wheels....has anyone sold em on ebay??? If so how much did you get rid of them for?

 

i think they go for around 800 bucks... ..

 

We've been offered anywhere from $900-$1,300 with tires for them...i have yet to sell them though because honestly, the rims we want are going to cost alot of money, my wife drives this car everyday to and from work and everywhere on the weekends, and honestly, i'd rather have the set of stockers get rashed up (if they do) than a set of $2,000+ Volks...there is a high demand for them though in some areas, alot of people dont realize the rims are stock on the 04+ S2000's, we are always asked where we got aluminum Mugen rims...lol.

i have the le28n's on my wrx. when one of my babies got a little scratch on them, i nearly cried... as much as they are you'll learn to cherish them

 

^^^ Huh? Dude i flip out when they have too much brake dust on them...when my wife rashed one of the Racing Harts she had on her hatch before we sold it, we immediately got a new rim...cherishing rims is an understatement...im like **** retentive about keeping them pristine.

If someone offered $1,500-$2,000 for the rims and tires i'd sell them right now, no questions asked, the people that thought they were mugen rims, their typically ricers, sell them some 5-lug rims for their civic, hee hee.

If you have no money than certainly even when you sell your rims you wont be able to afford those aftermarket rims. Keep the stockers for now till you can actually afford them.

 

buy it the good ol' american fashion way.

im not a huge fan of the 04+ rims, i still like my stock 00-03's
