Pacman did it but im pretty sure its very hard to get it to work and you have to be running a K-Series ( some sorta special wiring )

In order for the tach to work, you need an f20 / f22 (s2000 - not accord-prelude f22) tranny. There were pics of a crx with it like a year ago. I remember, but again the tach didn't work.

Probably the k series tranny is somewhat compatible or adaptable to the s2000 cluster so that way you make the tach work, who knows???

I saw they had prototypes, there's a pic floating around somewhere on this forum of it's unveiling at some Japanese auto show. I assume Pacman just fab'd his own mounts?

The Tach on pacmans car did work, what didnt was the spedometer. The reason why the speedometer didnt work is because there is no sending unit that fits either the k series or any other engine that is commonly swapped in to ef's the sends out a signal that is able to be used by the cluster for the speedometer.

found my tachometer wire today. called my friends from local stereo shop to ask them for a tach sense wire. if i were to do remotoe start in s2000 then i would need that wire.... they looked it up in the computer and found tach wire to be blue at two pin connector in the engine bay. any how i looked the "c" plug at the cluster ,where most of the sensor wires are, and found a heavy gauge blue wire ( the only one actually)I then looked in the eg diagram to see where the tach wire for the eg was it it also happend to be blue hooked it up and my tach came to life ..only thing left is the ect wire. i suspect it to be this one yel/grn wire but dont want to take any chances and gonna wait on my sources instead..full functioning s2k cluster coming soon...and yes it is definately possible to get the speedo to work..ill show you pictures and maybe a vid as soon as i get it a lil cleaned up and find my last ECT wire.
