Default Psi Question

okay i have 205/45 R17 Falken tire PLus 3 size

what would be my PSI .....i just check mine today it was running on 25PSI geez thats why my gas milleage are hitting high. i put it to 29 warm psi.

I am scared to putting more higher cuz it said highest psi is 50PSI or 40PSI.


I drive highways 4x a week going to school ....humps 2 or 3

i need specifications what is the requrement for the tire. Front wheel drive.

check the sides of the door sils. where the door latches to the car.

I have 215/45/17 and I run 40 PSI in my tires cold. during the warm months you will want to check them, because heat makes the air in the tires expand. But you should be fine with 40.

40 is pretty damn high, and air expands once the tires are warmed up, which is after a block or two. your tire pressure is more like 45-50 when your driving, which IMO is risky. put it down to 32psi cold.
