Ok, so i have a 95ex coupe with a b16a2 in it OBD1, i got it for 1950$-cause it wouldnt start. BUT used to. i put a new USDM p30 in it and battery. the only think i have left to replace is the cap and plug wires.(which i will do tomorrow)

all grounds are attached. but under the dash there are the green/white &green/red wires just hanging down. i dont know where they go to. does anyone know what these are for? would they make it not start?

any help would be great.

Could you be any more vague? Where exactly are they located and near what component?

 

green white/green red are sometimes lock and unlock wires that are used for an alarm install. but i dont know, get a meter and test em.
