Default What is my car worth???? Any input would be great....

I started new project and I have to sell my car to fund it. Its a 90 CRX dx, JDM H22a - 45K, It has a Y1 LSD B series tranny on the motor. I made a adapter plate to make a B series tranny fit on a H series block. The car is still using HCP B series mounts. There is a custom front crossmember. The car is red, has Rota Slips. BRAND NEW tires, less then 150 miles on them. The motor is overall stock, it pulls pretty dam hard. It ran a 8.4 on some BFG radials in the 1/8, it was spinning 1st and 2nd. I know it could run a lot better with some slicks. Im seeing what I can get for it. If I dont get anything worth while selling it for then I will just pull the motor and use this as my shell. Im taking any offers on the car, but please remember there is a lot of time and money into this car. If anyone has any questions let me know I will answer them all. I will ship the car if the buyer pays. Im going to have a video of the car sometime next week up.

its a nice car, but the problem with it is nobody KNOWS the quality you put into it, what corners you cut, etc. if someone was ready to pay someone to do an h22 swap, but sees this car they'd pay about what the swap would cost, but someone like me would rather just buy a 500 dollar or less shell and make my own. good luck on the sale, though

I'd throw it in autotrader and pay for an ad to run till it sells then just put whatever price you really want. It might take a while, but im sure you'll get a pretty penny for it.

Really low..... I'm gonna guess if you put it up for sale and waited, 5-7k. I base these prices off where I live, so Im sure it differs from different locations. Ya I know it probably sounds high, but Its not really that unrealistic.

He's got a point, our state licks sack. But i have a B20B teg too and it'll pass smog because no one checks it out ..havent smogged it yet but im tryoing to sell that too. Id say its worth around 6500 but you'll get around 5500..as long as its done right looks clean then i would think it'll sell fast. most people looking for crx's are looking to fix them up cause they only have 3k. ur in cali right? go to craigslist.org its free posting i sell all kinds of **** on there. at th4e end of the post put key words: civic, honda, acura, prelude, crx, integra, nsx..ETC. thats how i have my teg right now and if u type any of those words its near the top of the list soi everyone will see it no matter what kinda car they are looking for

What the ground clearance on that thing, like half an inch? From the looks of the underpinning of the front bumper it scrapes, hate to see the underside of the oil pan.

$5500 is all I could give up. I'm sure you could get 7 or so to the right person though.

clean car.

The pictures make the car look a lot lower then it really is.. It is about 3 inchs foor the bottom of the header to the ground. The scraps on the front bumper was taking the car on and off my trailor about a 100 times.

Oh yea it'll pass my buddy did it too in his B20 DA. Lol we took my brothers neon to smog n go and they never poped the hood. It just depends on where u go how lazy they are how busy they are. The only difference between the b20 crx is the valve cover looks like 94 LS and there is one vaccum line on top of it. and the B20 stamp but thats it and most poeple dont know the vaccum line or the cover look. if they look at the stamp then maybe but our crx never had DOHC so getting away with it usually wont happen. i'll smog my teg and get 4k watch its not even painted.
