B16B DYNO RESULTS IN A 94 HATCH.
Well guy I went to a dyno day at LUJAN Motorsports in Miami and the runs were done on a Dynojet in the pics you wont see the torque line or airfuel ratio because of the lightness of the ink but if you look hard you might see it. Anyways here is my setup and pics.
Compression 235-240 across on all cylinders
98 spec B16B Ctr motor
Head untouched
bottomend untouched
It might be stroked but who knows
Aem intake (Thanks Phil I got You)
JDM 4-1 header with skidplate
T1r 2.5 axleback with 2.5 inch stainless steel mandrel bent piping
Exedy stage racing clutch
timing at 17 degrees
Katman ecu vtec 5700 revlimit 8800
2.5 inch hi flow cat
Run done on a dynojet and they said they are corrected.
1st run was a 3rd gear pull until 8500
2nd run was 4th gear pull until 8800 which yielded the highest #'s

I dont know about you but I guess everything is flowing good together.
well it seems liek ur still making power at redline, get some new valve springs and retainers and see where the power drops off, btw nice numbers

Thanks torque is under 100ftlbs until vtec then it goes to 114 straight across. Yep no torque but with upgraded valvetrain and cams I think i can crack 120-130 in the torque dept cause the power only drops off at fuel cut, but then again I'm not trying to rev to 9000 on ctr valvetrain.

whats a b16b come with stock? 160hp? or is that the B16A2...?

Passwordjdm. I just got lucky I guess or maybe my combo of bolt-ons are just flowing well together plus I got light *** regamasters so maybe that helped on the roller.

Comparing your numbers to my old motor (stroked B16A), I don't think it is.
But your peak numbers look pretty damn good. Good ****

Yea I dont know what I was thinking.LOL but I but it could break 200 with valvetrain and cams and tuning. All these runs were untuned so with tuning I could have gotten 180 or maybe 183.

yo mark nice numbers man! this is EcKo from iSM... i told you that you would be happy with the results. that **** is a screamer! and it drives awesome! get some valvetrain work done and break into the 200's
