Default help! d16z6 in an ef runnin obd1/hondata ecu.. cant go past 4 k!!

have a 90 hatch with a z6 swap.. it has an apexi kit.. the car has a JK 0bd0-obd1 harness.. cant get it to run right.. it wont pass 4k.. runs rich and has no power.. i changed it to obd1 injectors but it wasn't running right at all so i switched back to obd0 with resistor box.. i have a hondata p28 with a base map chip.. could that be the problem or does it lie with the wiring of the dizzy? i went with this diagram
Obd0----------------------->obd1
thick white------------------>yel/green
white-------------------------->blue/yel
orange-------------------------->blue/green
wht/blue------------------------>white/blue
orange/blue------------------>orange blue
blue/yel---------------------->white
blue/green-------------------->orange

yea i know the colors dont match up, so i went ahead and wired the colors correctly but kept the thick white and white wires the same and it ran the same.. the car is originally a dx model but switched to mpfi.. i had a obd1 gsr motor in there before runnin obd0 b16 dizzy and it ran fine.. i ran an ebay chip i had like 2 years ago and it let me rev to redline but runs like absolute ****..! anyone know what it could be? i mean this **** is gutless! i need help... also.. anyone know what kinda specs the hondata base map chip has? help help help!!!

have you tried switching the two white wires around? the thicker and thinner ones...

also switch the cylinder position sensor wires around if that doesn't work.

I don't want to sound like a jackass but does the ecu have launch controll, I am running turboedit myself and have launch controll at 4k. So if I rev it at a stop it won't got above 4k, it cuts out like the rev limiter.
