Default could this be the problem?

hey for those of you know about my stuttering problem, i pulled off my dizzy cap yesterday and found that the rotor was on somewhat loosely. is this normal? ive never been inside a dizzy before, but usually when something is on loosely thats not good. could this be the problem? if so how can i tighten it? i didnt look while i was is there. and should this fix it? thanks guys!

You need to tighten the set screw on the rotor with a allen wrench. Remove the dizzy cap. I usually tighten it from the back. I put the car in 5th and push it until i have easy access to the set screw.
