my f22 has been spraying a 75 shot for over 2 years now. as long as you take the proper precautions (fuel/ignition/timing) and use it properly it will be fine.

i cant say the same for the auto tranny. it took a **** even with a tranny oil cooler and a msd rpm window switch. im glad i took the time to convert it to manual.

It depends on if you have VTEC or not. The VAFC is the SAFC just with a VTEC Controller.

I don't know **** about nitrous, but from what I've heard you should retard your timing about 1 degree for every 25 that you spray.

I heard the SAFC has more tuning points than the VAFC.

Your Vtec on the F23 is variable anyways. Ive heard that you can tune it and that you cant. Theres always a big debate about it when someone with a F series mentions a Vtec controller.

Get the Nitrous man, the VAFC or SAFC isnt gonna harness you any power like a 50 shot would. You'd prolly get like maybe 5hp if your lucky from a VAFC and a F23.

i went to race a this dragway here in el paso. damn i thought my car was slow being a 4 banger and automatic with complete exhaust and other small upgrades. i was wrecking 5spds with headers and all bout the same mods as me. i had that luck last night. but i got owned by a damn 02 accord v6. The nitrous would be cool but looks like too much of a risk. any other mods i can get for bout $1100.

apexi said it will not work, because they would be a lag just right after VTeKK cross over, but it can be done, even with 6th gen accord.

there's no point of getting a safc if you have a vtec engine, it's like giving a softball to a MLB player.

again, alot of misconcept here, the main purpose of vafc is not peak horsepower(spend you 300 dollar else where if that's your goal), but to smooth out the power curve. more useable torque>peak hp IMHO
GET A FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ALONG WITH VAFC, you'll be happy
