on my sister's accord, after u release the gas, there is liek a whinning nosie to it. that whinning nosie is loud, can be heard from about a block away. wat could it be? also i notice when u drive it, it revs higher than normal. anyhelp would ne nice. thanks in adance.

 

Whining noise? Check the power steering fluid. What do you mean it revs higher? Do you mean it idles higher? Maybe someone else can chime in, Im just not following with such little information.

 

when u drive, seems like it revs higher than normal. dont think its the power steerging since doesnt whine when idel, only after you release the gas petal

 

as for the whining noise, i would inspect all the belts.
