Ok well i got this 91 Si. The inside was spray painted so they screwed around a lil with ii but the wiring is great. The problem is the seat belt chime stays on all the time, what would cause this and what can i do to fix or stop the chime for now till i can fix the problem. Its buging the **** out of me.

take out the cover plate where the two lil seat belt lights are... then just unplug the harness. I just unplugged it permanently.

That's what I did. It's pretty obvious if you + passenger are wearing seat belt or not, and mine was door activated, it was bizarre. Had to click ignition off/on quickly for a while before I just said screw it and yanked the damn thing.

Did you do what I said? Did you even look at the overhead assembly. Once you remove the plug the chime will go off. No power = no chime.

And for honda90si, check the fuses first. Then check the plug that connects to the bottom of ur seat belt latch assembly.
