I have a 92 lude "s" and have been told by both ams and wilde honda that they don't make short throw shifters because the trans is a cabel one. I hate hearing this, and relize that if thats true I can try the metal adapter, possible(won't do this) cut the chrome metal stick down. please tell me that someone out there has one, price is less important in this case. Thanks!

 

short shifters **** up your tranny, u dont need a short shifter, just shift faster

 

AMS and Wilde honda are both GAY, both dont know ****, there is a short shifter adapter made by DC sports and a bunch of others, but I suggest not getting one, i had one on my 92 SI and it sucked.

 

Neuspeed makes a nice one. It's just an adapter though.

 

does it feel like the actual short throw? what is the diff, cause I've heard that they are pointless from people I've met.

 

You seriously don't need one. If you shift too fast you'll just wear down the synchros on your tranny. Save your money for the H22a
