Ya... it wouldn't fit so he sold it, I found this after the fact:

in the original ad i read he said it was in mint shape, he only had it in less than a week and was selling 'cause it wouldn't fit.... wouldn't be so annoyed if he didn't lie 'bout that, and then saw it was missing things and kept covering it up with more lies blah!

The Shop would be IPS Racing.

Just spoke to Omar about this and he says the parts you say you are missing are the Hose and clamps that go from the Valvecover to the Intake? If so J's doesn't include them. They might have at one point but I haven't seen them in awhile.
They also used to include a K&N Ti Capped Filter then a Reg K&N then a Cheesy Faux CF covered filter, then the current K&N Type filter. They switch things around like that left and right. Are there some other parts you think are missing?

As far as scratches etc I have no idea as I haven't seen the intake since I sold it to him. From what I was told it only had a small minor scratch on the bottom side of it where the metal bracket for the wiring is near the shock tower.

 

how bad are the cracks penpen? any pics?

no cracks visible (yet), just scrapes and scuffs...
