Default Problem with my Defi gauges

Anyone here use Defi gauges or a Defi tachometer?
Anyways, I set my shiftlight to go off at 8k rpm. Everytime I turn the car off and back on it resets itself to 68xx rpm. Anyone had this problem before? Anyone knows how to fix it?

It didn't have this problem when it was still in my EG.

What 12v source do you have it connected to?

It possibly needs to be connected to a constant 12v? I have no clue I would have to look at wiring diagram and installation instructions.
