Default 96 gsr running rich

The saga continues with this car.
My gas mileage suddenly dropped to about 10 mpg and my car is running very rich.
It stumbles a lot, backfires on part throttle, idles all over and feels ok on the low
end but has no power on the high end.
I also get lots of smoke out the tailpipe all the time and my bumper is covered with soot.
I pulled the spark plugs and they are all covered with a whole lot of carbon.
Now the car won't start.
I'm running ITR cams, pistons and Blox intake manifold with a Comptech CAI, Comptech header and Mugen exhaust.
Timing is set at 18 degrees BTDC and the car was running fine just after the cams
and piston install. I cleaned out some carbon from the IACV and checked the distributor
cap for anything suspicious but found nothing out of the ordinary.
The only thing that I'm getting is an error code 92 but I've had that for about 2 weeks
and the car was running ok.
pics are worth a thousand words:

Check compression or do a leakdown test.

Compression's at an average of 210 psi with a weak battery.
I wasn't able to get a leakdown test down.
The car started after I changed the spark plugs with cheap Bosch ones and the battery but it's still running rich.
I can almost smell the fuel in the exhaust.
Will a wideband air/fuel ratio meter work for an OBDII car?
I'm thinking that maybe the O2 sensors are gone but the ECU isn't picking
it up...
Idling is also real high (2000 rpms when cold) even after cleaning out the
idle air control valve.
I'll take it to a shop that can test it properly.

The injectors were ultrasonic cleaned when I was doing the rebuild but I'm not ruling them out.
I'm seriously thinking that the O2 sensors might be bad.
I'll take it to Acura to see what they can come up with. Thanks.

My bad o2 sensor never threw a code. Neither did my cat (if it throws one). Anyhow, have you thought about getting your car tuned?

I'm working on getting a wideband air fuel data logger and access to a dyno.
I just have to find the $$ real quick.
Conversion to OBD-I is also on the list.
Is it possible to wire the before-cat O2 sensor to the after-cat sensor and
have the ECU read both of the signals after the catalytic converter?
That'll free up the first bung for the wideband air/fuel logger.
I'll try that to see how it works.
