ARP Head and Rod bolt torque specs

ARP Head and Rod bolt torque specs
I am rebuilding my 95 GSR motor and am replacing the stock bolts with ARP I heard you have to torque down the ARP bolts more then the stock ones. If anyone knows the specs and can help, thanks.
