Default swap

I just bought i 93 prelude that had been wrecked, and still runs.im planning to swap the engine and trans out of it, i drive a 91 accord lx auto, im going to do the manual swap as well. wondering if it will be easier to try to find an obd0-obd1 adapter for my existing wiring harness or am i going to have to pull the wiring harness out of the Lude. OR if the is any way of making the H23A1 carburated, if i could put a car on the h23 it would make my life alot simpler but i wouldnt be able to add forced induction which i wanted to do. i do plan on building the engine once i pull it. the harness in the lude is giving me a hell of a time trying to get it out, and putting it in my car isnt going to be fun. any suggestions would be great, its an H23A1. thanks in advance.
