thats a trick question, you see, anything is possible, what kind of investment are you looking to make? See, when you try and do things that have never been done, there is a lot of guesstimation and fabrication involved, so you have to remember, plan a big budget, and plan an open budget, as far as parts, well, most Honda's function on the same electronic plateau, whatever parts are necessary for a normal engine sway are usually good, and maybe some custom hoses and other things...

right now im running an h22a but my tranny is about to go so i was wondering if i could mate my h22a1 w/ the h22a4 tiptronic tranny and if so would it be a direct swap and it would be cool to have a tiptronic 5th gen accord

?? not sure what you asking but atts is only on the SH model 5th gen prelude which only come with a 5spds stick.

and if you are asking mating prelude tanny(sportshift, 5speed) to accord sohc motor, yes they would fit perfectly but the gearing would suck big tyme

Gearing will certainly be incorrect for your motor, as others have said.

it should bolt right up since all the f and H searies trannies are interchangeable. but i have heard of a lot of problems with those trannies. i believe honda did a recall on them.

The BB6 auto trannies were only so-so on reliability. This is going to be too much of a risk...bad gearing, questionable reliability...
